Brief _ Architect from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master of Arts in Housing and Urbanism from the Architectural Association School of Architecture, London, UK, he has vast experience in the design, development, management and comprehensive management of infrastructure projects, especially in the development and execution of large, medium and small scale mining, industrial, port, energy and real estate projects, developed in the public and private sector, both in Chile and internationally. He is an international consultant in creative anti-seismic architectural design and an expert in the reconstruction process of cities destroyed by wars and natural disasters. It is currently working on the development of the reconstruction process of 2 Ukrainian cities and beginning its work for the anti-seismic prevention, modernization, and reinforcement process for Turkey, after the devastating earthquake of February 2023. In parallel, it has developed and is developing a wide academic experience in the most prestigious national and international universities. He has recently been invited to be a member as the newest Academician at The Academy of Urbanism, London, UK.
